1. What We Provide

MerchAuto provides workflow optimization and automation software designed for print-on-demand content creators on Amazon Merch on Demand. Our services include the MerchAuto Chrome Extension, Preset Uploader, Dual Placement Engine, and Product Studio automation tools.

Access to software features is granted based on your active subscription plan tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Premium, or Lifetime).

2. Your Responsibility

As a user of MerchAuto, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and device licenses.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all graphics, titles, brand names, and bullet points processed through MerchAuto comply with copyright laws and Amazon Content Policy.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass entitlement gating, or redistribute any component of MerchAuto.

3. Platform Risk (Important Notice)

MerchAuto operates locally within your web browser to streamline repetitive tasks. However, third-party platforms (including Amazon Merch on Demand) maintain independent terms of service and automated monitoring. MerchAuto is NOT affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates. You use MerchAuto tools entirely at your own risk.

4. No Guarantees

MerchAuto is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific sales volume, royalties, or marketplace search rank results.
  • Continuous, uninterrupted availability of Amazon Merch endpoints or interface structures.
  • Prevention of Amazon account suspensions, listing rejections, or policy flags resulting from user-submitted content.

5. Payments & Billing

Subscription payments and billing management are securely processed via Whop. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected monthly or annual plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your Whop Portal or MerchAuto User Dashboard.
